The charger’s maximum speed is 7kW. Actual usage may vary due to external factors such as EV model, manufacturer settings, battery condition, and environmental temperature.

During the contract term, owners may request one free relocation of the service to a new address (subject to a new 36-month contract). If the new address is outside our service network or fails feasibility assessment, this is considered a special termination case. The existing contract can be terminated with one month’s written notice and proof of relocation.

Additional power beyond the plan’s quota is charged at HK$40 per 10 kWh.

This plan uses a designated charger. Requests for charger model changes will undergo feasibility assessment and may incur extra installation and deposit fees.

Charging is restricted to the vehicle registered under the contract’s license plate number.

A one-month service fee must be prepaid upon successful plan application.

Breach of terms allows the company to suspend or terminate the service without prior notice, and the owner must compensate for any losses or damages incurred.
