In order to provide a better EV Charging Service, our backend EV Charging System will undergo a comprehensive upgrade. Therefore, Cornerstone HOME & Cornerstone GO Service will be temporarily suspended from 12am on 4Jun 2024 to 6am on 4 Jun 2024 (~6 hours).
Before performing an upgrade, all ongoing charging sessions will automatically stop, so there is no need for customers to unplug the charging cable before 12am. However, to minimize any impact from the temporary suspension of the charging service on your daily driving, we recommend you charge up the EV in advance.

Yes, our Cornerstone EV Charging Mobile Application users can still access their charging records and update their personal information during the upgrade period.
The scheduled completion time for the temporary suspension of the charging service is 6am on 4 Jun. Upon the completion, we will notify users through the Cornerstone EV Charging App.
