Charging Anywhere is a customized monthly fee plan for electric vehicle users in 33 LINK parking lots, provided by Cornerstone HOME. Users can enjoy a discounted monthly fee to access up to 300 kWh of charging amount per month at designated Cornerstone GO charging points under the LINK car park lot scheme.

Q2: Can I participate in the Home Charging Anywhere Monthly Charging Plan?

Corner Home Charging Anywhere Monthly Plan is applicable to all electric vehicles that can park in LINK parking lots (fast charging is currently only supported for CCS2 protocol). If you are interested or have any other inquiries, please contact our sales consultant via WhatsApp at +852 6150 9118.

Q3: Do I need to pay any additional fees besides the basic monthly fee?

Charging Anywhere Monthly Plan has a one-year contract period and the monthly fee is collected through credit card or bank transfer. There is no installation or service fee required. Only one month's fee needs to be prepaid. Any charges incurred from using the charging service, such as parking fees in the parking lot, will be borne by the user.

Q4: If I have unused charging balance in a month, can it be carried over to the next month for use?

The charging credit from the monthly plan can only be settled within the current month. In other words, the settlement period for the monthly plan ends at 23:59 on the last day of the month and cannot be carried over to the next settlement month.

Q5: If I have used up the charging amount included in the monthly fee, what should I do if I need to continue charging?

When you have fully used up the charging amount for the current month, the value-added charge for the Charging Everywhere Monthly Plan is HK$40 (10 kWh) per charging amount. Therefore, it is recommended that you use the charging service provided by Cornerstone GO charging stations.

Q6: If I have arrived at a charging point applicable to the Monthly Fee Plan but there are no available charging spots and I have to leave, can parking fees be reimbursed?

Cornerstone HOME users can check the real-time usage status of charging spots in the Cornerstone EV mobile app. Our company is not responsible for and will not refund any parking fees related to the parking lot, regardless of the circumstances.

Q7: After using the Cornerstone HOME Charging Anywhere Plan for 3 months, if I move to another area, can I terminate the contract?

The contract period for the Cornerstone HOME Charging Anywhere Monthly Plan is 12 months, and users are required to pay for all remaining months of the contract, even if they terminate the contract before the end of the contract period.

Q8: How can I check the charging points applicable to the Cornerstone HOME Chanrging Anywhere Monthly Plan, and how can I ensure that the charging station supports my electric vehicle?

The Cornerstone HOME Charging Anywhere Monthly Plan is only applicable to designated Cornerstone GO charging points under LINK, which include both medium-speed and fast-charging services - limited to CCS2 specifications only. Charging points may be continuously updated or changed without prior notice. Users can check the location details and charging modes through the Cornerstone EV mobile app or website.

Q9: How long does it take to register for the Cornerstone HOME Charging Anywhere Monthly Plan, and what supporting documents need to be submitted?

The registration process for the Cornerstone HOME Charging Anywhere Monthly Plan can be completed within three working days. Users need to submit the following valid documents, such as driver's license and vehicle registration document, and signing contract, prepaying one month's fee by credit card. The personal information provided will be treated as confidential.

Q10: Why is there only one charging amount plan available for selection? Are there any plans with a higher charging amount?

Cornerstone HOME is committed to providing electric vehicle users with a thoughtful and comprehensive charging experience. In order to meet the needs of most users, we currently only provide one charging amount plan. We will expand and add more charging amount plans in due course.

Terms and Conditions

1. The service plan requires a one-year contract to be signed. Once signed, the user agrees to the company’s service terms, including contract fees, service scope, and changes. 

2. The monthly fee plan includes a monthly charging amount of 300 kWh that can be used at designated Cornerstone GO charging points. The actual charging performance will depend on multiple factors, and the electricity usage and remaining balance will be based on the mobile app display.

3. After the monthly charging amount is used up, it can be topped up through the mobile app, and the price will be based on the real-time display of the app. Unused charging amounts cannot be carried over to the next month.

4. The plan is applicable to designated LINK premises for “medium-speed charging” and “fast-charging services (limited to CCS2 specifications).” The company reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice.

5. The company is not responsible for and will not refund any parking fees or other related expenses if the user is unable to charge or there are no available charging spots upon arrival at the designated parking lot for any reason.

6. Once the service plan is confirmed, early termination of the contract requires payment of the full amount for the remaining contract period.

7. The service plan will be automatically renewed 30 days before the end of the contract period. Users must notify the company at least 30 days before the end of the contract period to request cancellation of the automatic renewal.

8. In case of any disputes, Cornerstone EV Charging Service Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: When can I make a reservation?

If the charging space is available for reservation, the user can reserve the charging space for free in the Cornerstone EV Charging mobile app 15 minutes in advance.

Q2: Why did the reservation fail?

Please check if there is more than one reservation. Please complete or cancel it before proceeding again. You may also check the balance of your eWallet or coupon if it is HKD 0 or greater. If necessary, please top up and make a reservation again.

Q3: What should I do if I fail to arrive within the free reservation time limit?

If you are known to be unable to arrive within the free reservation time limit, please cancel the reservation first to avoid being charged after the free reservation time limit. The "free cancellation time limit" shown in the Cornerstone EV Charging mobile app shall prevail.

Meanwhile, Cornerstone EV Charging Service Limited will not be liable if the member fails to use the reserved designated electric vehicle parking space or the designated charger to charge due to other factors (including but not limited to: traffic conditions, parking lot queueing, etc.). Reservation charges will not be refunded.

Q4: After cancelling the reservation, will the charging slot be used by other people immediately?

After cancelling a reservation, the charging slot will be reopened for other people to reserve immediately.

Q5: There are multiple Cornerstone GO charging hotspots near me, but I still haven't decided which shopping mall to go to before departure. Can I reserve multiple charging spots at the same time?

According to the Fair Use Policy and to ensure that the charging space can be fully utilized, one unit of remote reservation is one electric vehicle charging space. If there is an unfinished reservation in the member’s account, it will not offer another reservation service.

Q6: I have a tight schedule and used the reservation service once in the afternoon. Can I use it again at night?

Yes, each user is limited to two reservations per day.

Q7: I have arrived at the reserved charging location, but it cannot be unlocked. What should I do?

If the charging service cannot be provided due to technical issues, please choose another charger. Reservation charges will be refunded (if any), and you can click "Instant Chat" in the app or call the 24-hour customer support hotline +852 6115 2143 for follow-up.
